Thomas Lee Chang passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.
A Traditional Hmong Gathering will be held at the United Hmong Hall in Newton, NC at 8:00 a.m. until 11 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017, resuming at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and ending with a Celebration of Life at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 15, 2017. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Statesville, NC.
