Alice Ann McEachern

Our dear mother passed away peacefully on November 19th, 2014, with her family at her side. She will be dearly missed by Husband, Alex; Children, Mina (Wayne), Kathy (Enzo), Bonnie (Darin), Peggy Lou, Jamey, Lori (Yan), Greg (Jennifer), Michael (Marsha), (Josie), Lisa (Bill); Sisters, Viola and Peggy, 9 Nieces and Nephews; 19 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren. Alice was predeceased by her Parents, Jack and Florence Smith; Husbands, Greg & Bob; Sisters, Molly & Mary; Brother, Sonny; Daughter Shirley; Nephew, Kenny; Grandson, Michael; Daughter-in-law, Rosa. Alice’s family extends sincere thanks to everyone providing loving support at this time, and to the staff of the PCU/ICU & Walker Cancer Clinic at St. Catharines Hospital for their compassionate care of Alice during her struggle against Leukemia.

In keeping with Alice’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Celebration will take place at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel, 5176 Victoria Avenue on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 beginning at 2:00 PM. The 3:00 PM Chapel Service will be followed by family receiving friends to share memories and light refreshments at Fairhaven Seniors Building, 3568 Montrose Road at 5:00 PM. Flowers are welcome, or memorial donations to the Walker Cancer Center would be appreciated. Interment will take place at a later date.
