Beverly Peterson

PETERSON, Beverly Eileen 'Bev' (nee Montonia) - Passed away, surrounded by close family, on Tuesday January 9, 2024 at the age of 84. She is survived by her siblings Shirley, Arthur, Linda, Valerie, her loving children Jack (Gwen), Stan, Vera, Rosemari (Greg), as well as her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beverly was a firecracker and stubborn to the end. Her tenacity and resilience are an inspiration to all that knew and loved her. Beverly enjoyed gardening, country music, crocheting and a nice glass of wine. Throughout her life, she worked hard to provide for herself and her family. As a loving sister, mother and grandmother, family was the most important thing to her and she always made time for those she loved. A special thank you to her sister Linda and her close friends Dave and Joanne, who helped Beverly remain independent by providing care, trips to the grocery store, outdoor maintenance and helping her get to doctor's appointments. All you have done ensured Beverly could remain in her home, where she was comfortable. Lastly, thank you to Dr. Rosa for his compassion and care over the years. Beverly, the impact you've had on the lives of those around you will not be forgotten. Your legacy and spirit will live on in the hearts of those who love you. Friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Friday January 12, 2024 from 1 to 2 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of her life will be held at 2 pm at the funeral home, with committal to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
