SINCLAIR, Brian Noel (Q.C.) - Less than a month shy of his 83rd birthday, and after a prosperous and productive life, Brian Noel Sinclair passed away peacefully at GNGH with his daughters by his side. He has undoubtedly entered the Great Beyond driving a classic car, with a golden retriever by his side on his way to a swinging party. Brian is predeceased by his parents, Noel and Isobel, brother Donald, and his first wife, Marilynn (Shedden). He is survived by daughters Kerrie Sinclair (Randy LeBrasseur) and Noelle Sinclair-Iorfida (Dean Iorfida) and grandchildren Stuart, Bailey, Avery, Noah, Alison and Ryan. He will be greatly missed by devoted partner Kathy Dudla. Brian was born and raised in Toronto. He graduated from Western Law School in 1962. He settled in Niagara Falls and began a 55-year law career. Two years ago, physical issues forced him to retire, otherwise he’d still be closing house sales or drafting wills for satisfied clients. The family would like to thank the Meadows of Dorchester staff for their attentiveness to Brian during the last year and a half. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to Diabetes Canada in Brian’s memory. Arrangements entrusted to PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls. Online condolences at pattersonfuneralhome.com
