Cindy Grace McAra-Cooper

McARA-COOPER, Cindy Grace - It is with sadness we announce Cindy’s passing, at her home, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the age of 52 years. Beloved wife and best friend to Paul Cooper.  Loving Mom of Tommy (Casey) McAra, Taylor (Alana) McAra, Nick 'Lou' Costerus (Carlie Everitt), Emily (Tag) Rive, Bailey Cooper (Shawn Graham), and Matthew (Evelyn) Cooper. Proud Gigi of Oliver, Maddie, Anella, and Baby Levi (on his way).  Cherished daughter of Polly Lemarre (Jim 'Bean' Coombes) and the late Victor Mutart.  Dear sister of Bruce McRae, Matthew (Holly) McRae, Vanessa Miller, Yaman Mutart, and Victor Mutart. Aunt of Austin, Lexis, Spencer, Jayden, and many other nieces and nephews.  She will be lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  

Cindy enjoyed hitting the open road on her Harley Davidson with her riding crew.  She was always down for a great party and spending time with the people that made her laugh and loved her. She has been employed as a Lead Hand at Hi-Rel Alloys for many years.  

In keeping with Cindy’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  Family and friends will be received on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 12 – 2 p.m. at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main Street, Niagara Falls. A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 2 p.m.  If desired, memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Niagara SPCA would be appreciated by the family.  Please consider sharing a memory or story below for Cindy’s family as they navigate this profound loss.
