Edna Macdonald (neé Bloor)

Macdonald (nee Bloor), Edna May 21, 1930 - February 15, 2015 Edna Agnes Macdonald, 84, of Fonthill, ON and Deerfield Beach, FL, and formerly Niagara Falls (Chippewa) and Toronto, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 15, 2015. Beloved wife of Arley (deceased), adored mother of Jody (JM) and Sandi (Sam), and much loved mother-in-law of Stuart Burns and Henry Grzes. Predeceased by parents George and Mary (McLaughlin) Bloor. Edna was predeceased by her twin brother Jack Bloor(Mary) and is survived by sisters, Stella Bloor and Betty Michea (Walter deceased), and brothers- and sisters-in-law, Joseph Macdonald (Jean deceased), Marcella Mowbray (Robert) and Howard Macdonald (Shirley). Much loved aunt of many nieces and nephews. Edna's family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of Lookout Ridge Retirement Home, Fonthill ON and the extraordinary compassion shown to our Mum by Stacey Essery and her team at Harmony Transportation and Support Services.A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church, 50 Pelham Town Square, Pelham ON L0S 1E0. A luncheon reception will follow in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
