Born to the late Priscilla and the late Joseph Menno, Frank grew up surrounded by family and the values of hard work, loyalty, and kindness that he carried with him throughout his life. He was a devoted son, a proud brother, a cherished uncle, and a loyal friend to many.
Frank will be lovingly remembered by his brother Sandy (Loretta), his sister Barbara, his sister Beth (Dave), his brother Tom (Darlene), and his special brother James (Vanessa). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as many close cousins on both sides of the family. His circle extended far beyond family to include countless friends and neighbours whose lives were brighter because of him.
An exceptional athlete, Frank excelled in sports, especially lacrosse, hockey, and golf. Whether on the field, at the rink, or on the course, he played with heart, determination, and true sportsmanship. His love of the game was matched only by his love of camaraderie and competition.
Frank was known as a hard worker and an honest man. He believed in doing things the right way and standing up for what mattered. A natural protector, he was someone you could always count on. If anyone needed help, Frank was there without hesitation. His strength was matched by his generosity, and his steady presence brought comfort to those around him.
Above all, Frank was a happy guy. He had a way of making people feel welcome and valued. His laughter, stories, and easygoing nature will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
