PALMER, Gracia 'Jane' - Passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday September 22, 2019 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of 69 years to Joseph Palmer. Dearly loved mother of Stephen (Shirley) and Brett Palmer. Cherished Nan of Sueanne (Jeff) Gill, Joseph and Brett Allan Palmer and great-grandmother of Britany (Keith) Haine, Braksten and Noel Palmer. Lovingly remembered by her five brothers and three sisters. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls visiting Wednesday from 12 to 2 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of her life will be held at 2 pm at the funeral home. Cremation will follow. In memory of Mrs. Palmer donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by her family.
