

Born August 28 1941 in Gainsborough Township, Ontario and passed away peacefully on April 6 2022 in Fort St. John, BC with Carol by his side. Howard was 80 years.
Sadly missed by his wife Carol (nee Stanley) and his children; Peter, Jody, Jesse and Annette. 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, his sister Marie Andrews, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Leonard and Bertha Andrews (nee Lutz) and his siblings; Walter (Nila), Irvin (the late Nancy), and Lavina (the late Wally) Peacock.
In Howard’s boyhood years he worked with his older brother Irvin who owned a gravel pit on St. Paul Avenue in Niagara Falls Ontario. There he learned how to operate large heavy equipment. He met Carol and were married. They had their first two sons, Peter then Jody. Throughout Howard’s life he continued in
the construction business building roads. They moved to Australia and there they had their third son, Jesse.
They moved back to Ontario and had their daughter Annette and then moved out to B.C. for the remainder
of his life.
In keeping with Howard’s wishes, cremation has taken place and half of his remains are to be buried in Fort St. John BC and the other half to be buried with his parents in Stamford Green, Niagara Falls Ontario.
There will be a graveside service on August 20th 2022 at 10:00am at Stamford Presbyterian Cemetery 3121 St. Paul Avenue, Niagara Falls.
