MacDONALD, Jack -  Passed away peacefully, with his loving wife by his side, on Tuesday October 8, 2024. Beloved husband and soul mate of 41 years to Jeannette (nee Slade). Dear father of Angus (Sarah) MacDonald of Bermuda, Scott (Linda) MacDonald of Toronto and their families. Brother to twin sister Anne (the late Jim) Owttrim. Loving brother-in-law to Heber (Giana) Slade, Gary (Norma) Slade, Edgar Slade, Rick (Ceanne) Slade and Scott (Bernice) Slade. He will be deeply missed by his special friend Ginny his respite companion, who spent many hours playing pool with him, as well his fur babies Blondie and Bella He will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents William and Katherine (nee Thain) MacDonald, brothers William 'Bill' (the late Joan) MacDonald, Helen (the late Herb) Tyler, Margaret (the late Norman) Moyles. Jack will be forever remembered as a young, spirit who loved boating and cruising with his wife. Together they went on many cruises around the world. He loved watching John Wayne movies.  He was quiet, modest, soft spoken and one of a kind. Jack along with his wife owned and operated JJ's Embroidery from 1983 until 2016. Cremation has taken place.
