Jason Arco Regis

On April 14, 2023, Jason Regis passed away unexpectedly at the age of 41, leaving his family and friends in deep shock and sorrow. Jason is survived by his beloved daughter Jaylin Dekker-Regis, mother Suzanne Simmons (Denniston), father David Regis (Maryann), and his siblings; Kevin, Krystle, Anasasha, Nathan (Crystal), Rosa-Maria, David, Isaiah, Nathan B (Lyndsay) and Crystal S. Grandmother Wendy Simmons and pre-deceased by his loving grandparents Doreen and Osbert Regis and Leslie Simmons.

He will forever be remembered and cherished by his daughter, parents, siblings, grandma, nieces, nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.

Jason was born at the San Fernando General Hospital in Trinidad and Tobago. He grew up in Mon Repos where he attended Mon Repos RC School and Sainte Madeleine Jr. Secondary School. Jason immigrated to Niagara Falls Canada in 1998 at the age of 16 where he attended Stamford Collegiate High School.

Jason was a beautiful person inside and out and was known for his magnetic personality and his spirited soul. He was often referred to as the "fun guy" whose presence and smile could light up any room and lift the spirits of those around him. As an extrovert he enjoyed new experiences and had a great love of food.

Jason will be greatly missed, and his impact on our lives will be carried with us forever. As we bid farewell for now, we hold onto the hope of meeting him again in the future. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in the name of Jason Arco Regis.

A visitation for Jason will be held Sunday, April 30, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A See You Again - The After Life Celebration for Jason will take place Sunday, April 30th 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. at 5355 Ferry St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 1R8. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Ann Church Niagara Falls Canada (5740 Buchanan Ave, Niagara Falls) on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM.
