THOMAS, Jean Theresa - Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 78 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife and best friend of Kenneth Thomas. Beloved stepmother of the late Mark (Tammy) and Laura Potalivo (Michael). Beloved mother of Paul (Lori), Susan Thomas-Clapp (Jeff), Timothy and Lisa Korzan (Rick). Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren. Jean was an avid lover of all animals and took great enjoyment in gardening and being active outdoors. Everywhere she went people knew her by name.
The family will receive friends at HETHERINGTON & DEANS FUNERAL HOME from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Thursday November 21, 2013. A service will take place in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday November 22 at 11 am. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donation be made to Saint Elizabeth, C.C.A.C. or Niagara Falls Humane Society.
