COLLINS, Jeffrey Allan - Passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 46. Dearly loved son of Annette (Gary) Corriveau and Lewis (Denise) Collins. Cherished brother of Janet. Stepbrother of Scott, Mark, Jordan and Caroline. Jeffrey will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a lifelong resident of Kalar Road Residence and will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his caregivers and fellow residents. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Thursday 1 to 2 pm. A Celebration of Jeffrey's Life will be held at 2 pm at the funeral home.
