ATHERTON, Jeffrey 'Jeff' Louis - Passed away peacefully at his home on Monday October 21, 2024 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 49 years to Patricia 'Patti' (nee Steele). He will be fondly remembered by his in-laws Suzanne (David) Wilson, Dean (Carol) Steele, Arlene Atherton as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James and Dorothy (nee Borgatti) Atherton and brother James Atherton Jr. Jeff was a well-respected ICU Charge Nurse at the Greater Niagara General Hospital for many years, and his coworkers often commented how he was 'the best at his job.'
