Joseph Gilles Theberge

THEBERGE, Joseph Gilles - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at Valley Park Lodge on Friday November 6, 2015 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 51 years to Gabrielle (Benoit) Theberge. Dearly loved father of Richard (Rose) Theberge and Nancy Smyth (Lance Townsend). Cherished Grandpa and Papa of Andrew, Jason, Brianna, Madison and Zachary. Dear brother of Jean-Guy (Linda) Theberge, Rollande (Allan) LaGrange, Denise (Richard) Wall, Nicole (Ken) Draper, Jacques Theberge, Joanne (Bill) Sims, Line Theberge (Glenn Jocques), Michel (Shirley) Theberge and Danielle (Bill) Pavao and brother-in-law of Carmen Theberge and Luciano Ricciuti. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Claude Theberge and sister France Ricciuti. Mr. Theberge had served in the Canadian Armed Forces for ten years and then worked for the City of Niagara Falls, retiring after more than twenty years of service. He was also a long-time member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #51. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Antoine de Padoue Church. Cremation will follow with the Rite of Committal to be held at a later date in Fairview Cemetery.
