PALMER, Joseph - Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Thursday November 4, 2021 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of the late Gracia 'Jane' (nee Ward) (2019). Cherished father of Steve (Shirley) Palmer, Brett Palmer, loving grandfather of Sueanne (Jeff) Gill, Brett Palmer, the late Joseph Palmer and great-grandfather of Britany (Keith) Haine, Braksten Palmer and Noel Palmer. He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters June (Sidney) Townsend, Eileen White, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his sister Rosie Chance and brother-in-law Graham White. Cremation has taken place. Respecting the restrictions of COVID-19, including the requirement for face coverings and maximum occupancy levels, friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Saturday December 4, 2021 from 9 to 11:30 am. A Funeral Service in celebration of Joseph's life will be held at 11:30 am at the funeral home, with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
