SMITH, Kathleen 'Kathy' (nee O'Laughlin) - Passed away peacefully, after fighting a courageous battle with such amazing strength, on Tuesday March 29, 2022 at the age of 61. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Smith (2020). Loving and devoted mother of Brady (Ashley) Smith and Patrick Smith. Cherished grandma of Nathan Pengelly, Bell Modeste and Rebecca Smith. She will be fondly remembered by her brother Tom O'Laughlin, sister Rita Dutrizac, brothers-in-law Rick (Bev) Smith, Danny (Dorothy) Smith as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Larry and Nora O'Laughlin and brother Eugene O'Laughlin. Kathy was an active volunteer with Shoulder to Shoulder for many years and was the light of any room she was in. Kathy was a kind-hearted, devoted caregiver and will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place.
