PULLMAN, Peter - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Pullman on Friday January 8, 2016 in his 77th year. Peter leaves behind his loving wife of almost 50 years, Helen and his two daughters Dina Rigas (Tom) and Jeannie Stavropoulos (Tom). Peter was also a loving grandfather to Nikolas, Peter, Zander and Sofie. He leaves behind his sister Helen Copetas (George) and brothers Louis (Mary Lynn), George (Rina) and Gus. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Dina (Bill) Hantziagelis, Georgia (Nick) and Angela (Peter). He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Peter was born in Doliana, Greece and immigrated to Canada in 1957. He began working at Nick's Lunch, then the Golden Steer before opening his own business with his brothers, Mister Snacks. In 1981 they started the Stagecoach Family Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake where Peter was still actively involved. He will be greatly missed by his regular clientele and his loyal employees. His greatest passion were his grandchildren, watching them play baseball and hockey where he could always be seen "banging on the glass". A heartfelt thank you goes out to the caring and compassionate staff on Unit D at G.N.G.H., you made his final days very comforting to him and to our family.
