Passed away peacefully at Chapel Heights Retirement Home in Niagara Falls on Friday, January 20, 2023 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his loving wife Olive (nee Barker), and brothers John (Carol), Basil (Johanna) and sister Betty (Howard) Byford. Sadly missed by his nieces Paula ( Steve) Ratkovsky, Jennifer (David) Wilson, Jean ( John Roberts) Wilson, Darlene Byford,nephew Glenn ( Donna) Wilson, and the late Dennis Byford ( Gaye). Ron is also survived by many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Ron retired from the Royal Bank after a lengthy career with them.He loved traveling extensively with Olive and playing golf with his buddies from Stamford. Ron was an outspoken character about many topics.
