He was born on December 18, 1915, in East Lyme, the son of William and Maryanne Kucera Paczkowski.
He was the widower of Dorothy Kabanuk Paczkowski.
Mr. Paczkowski was formerly employed as the head gardener at Harkness Memorial Park.
He is surived by his sister Julia Williams of Colorado Springs, CO; his brother-in-law Albert Kabanuk and sister-in-law Rosalie Kabanuk, both of Niantic, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his brothers Michael and John Paczkowski and his sister Vera Bienkowski.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am at Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 13 Lake Ave., Niantic. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
