Edvidge "Tubby" Troxler

Edvidge “Tubby” Troxler passed away at her home in Hahnville, LA on May 17, 2026. She is survived by her loving children, Ranell Troxler, Bonita Troxler, Ryan Troxler (Andrea), Dean Troxler, Jenainne Troxler, Errol Troxler, Scott Troxler (Melanie), and Jamie T. Freeland (Jim). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and family members.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Oliver “Bunny” Troxler, Jr., her daughter, Janell Troxler, son-in-law, Denny Klingensmith, her parents Lottie Luke Rogers and Junius Rogers, and siblings, Eleanor Dufrene, Ivy Mae Detillier, Phyllis Cantrell, David Rogers, Roy Rogers, Kenneth Rogers, and Mark Rogers.

She enjoyed puzzles, making Christmas stockings, and spending time in her yard. She always had pickles and cheese for all the grandchildren and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Relatives and friends are invited to H.C. Alexander Funeral Home on Thursday, May 28, 2026, visitation will be from 9AM until 11AM. Graveside service to follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Taft, LA immediately following the visitation.
