Frank Patrick Sipos passed away peacefully on 11/24/2017. He was 93 years old. The eldest son of Hungarian immigrants, Frank grew up in New Jersey and New York. He played minor league baseball before enlisting in the US Coast Guard during WW2. It was the Coast Guard that brought him to New Orleans were he settled and started a family. He had a successful career in sales spanning over 30 years. Frank loved sports and spending time with his children, dancing, playing cards and word games. He embraced change, becoming a hippy at 45 and an animal lover at 59. He experienced the love of two families and is survived by many of them. A memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers a donation to the St. Charles Parish Humane Society would be appreciated.
