Gloria Alice Davis was called to her heavenly home on March 18, 2023. Born May 24, 1938 to the late William Nicholas and Gladys Cobb Nicholas. Loving wife of the late Theodore Edward Davis, mother of Erin LaVie (David) and the late Shawn Patrick Davis. Grandmother to DJ LaVie, Elise LaVie, and Kaitelyn Davis. She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Mildred Lafaye Wood, Mary Lee Kaye, and William L. Nicholas.
Gloria Alice was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Norco, LA, spending many dedicated years teaching Sunday school, making meals in the church kitchen, serving as treasurer, and attending the FBC Norco Ladies Class. While living in Ponchatoula she attended Wadesboro Baptist Church, where she was also very active. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Monday, April 3, 2023 at First Baptist Church Norco, 626 5th St. Norco, LA, at 6PM. Visitation to begin at 5PM. Private burial to take place at a later date. www.HCAlexander.com
