Laurie Geralyn Felder

Laurie G. Felder entered into eternal peace on February 22, 2024 at the age of 61. She was the beloved daughter of the late Gloria and Melvin Felder and preceded in death by her brother, Gary Felder. She is survived by her siblings, Geralyn Montegut (Jeffrey), Bruce Felder (Cheryl), Karen Stoker (Ira), Donna Ciaccio (Randy), and Melissa Miller (Henry).

She was a cherished sister and friend who loved to laugh and have a good time. She was always happy and had a positive outlook on life, even in the darkest days of her disease she would often say “just taking one day at a time.” Before taking ill she was a parishioner at St. Joan of Arc in LaPlace, La. and a member of numerous service clubs in her community. She never met a stranger and loved visiting with the elderly. Although she never had children of her own, she adored all of her nieces and nephews and spoiled them with attention and love. She will be missed and forever in the hearts of all of those whose lives she has touched. May she rest in eternal peace forever.

Services will be private for family only.
