Mary Edna St. Pierre

Mary Edna St. Pierre died Sunday morning, November 23, 2014 at Old Jefferson Community Care Nursing Home in Baton Rouge. She was a native of Grand Point and a resident of New Sarpy for the majority of her life. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial from ST. CHARLES BORROMEO, Destrehan, on Tuesday morning, November 25, 2014 at 11:00. Visitation will begin at 9:45 in church. Entombment will follow in the adjoining church mausoleum. She was the loving wife of the late Eddie A. St. Pierre. Daughter of the late Charley and Hedwidge St. Pierre. Mother of Eddie St. Pierre (Cecilia), Leonard St. Pierre (Sheilia), Darlene Guillot (Jessie), Dean St. Pierre, Lynn St. Pierre (Gloria Dean) and Ricky St. Pierre (Donna). Sister of Irene Dixon and Emelda Louque, and the late Delta Louque, Mercede Louque, Enola St. Pierre, Velma Musso, Charles St. Pierre, and Frank St. Pierre. Sister-in-law of Merlene St. Pierre, Katie St. Pierre, Mildred Poche, and Grace St. Pierre. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Also preceded in death by 1 grandchild and 3 daughters-in-law.
