Romeo Joseph Dufresne born November 8, 1935, died at his home on August 21, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Catherine Walker Dufresne and his children Connie Roser, Dale Dufresne, Jared Dufresne, and Alyssa Duhe and her husband Blake Duhe. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Nicholas Dufresne, and Heather and Hunter Roser, and his siblings, Jimmy Dufresne, Donna Mascaro, and Shirley Sanborn.
He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Elma Haydel Dufresne and siblings Bobby Dufresne, Barbara Goetz, and Jane Hall.
Mr. Romeo served the Norco community for over 50 years at the Norco Shell Service Station. He was a diehard LSU fan, avid hunter and outdoorsman, he loved swimming and old cars and dogs. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers Masses preferred.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 401 Spruce St. Norco, La, on Saturday, August 26, 2017 beginning at 9 AM.
