Allan Luther Carnes, a dedicated Navy veteran who served his country for 20 years, passed away on March 5, 2024, in Chesapeake, Virginia, at the age of 81. Born on February 2, 1943, in Oil City, PA, Allan was a loving husband, father, and respected member of the community. He was a faithful man who loved the Lord and his church.
During his military service, Allan demonstrated unwavering commitment and loyalty to his country. His dedication and sacrifice in the Navy will always be remembered and honored.
Allan is preceded in death by his father Walter, mother Jeanette, stepfather William, stepmother Ruth, brothers Charles and Tyrone and grandson Tyler. Allan is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years Jane, daughters Jessica her spouse Robert, Jennifer her spouse Herbert, Joanne, and son Joseph. Grandchildren Adaleigh, Chloe, Riley, Jackson, niece Sharon and nephew Stephen. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and cherished him.
