Tony lived a short but fulfilling life, only seventeen days away from his 57th birthday.
As a young man, Tony was very athletic and a championship wrestler in high school. After high school, Tony continued his academics by attending Old Dominion University, which lead him to the construction business. After being in the business for over thirty years, he retired from Virtexco Company, as a senior estimator in 2003.
Tony is survived by his mother Jean Masciola, two brothers Mike and Robert Masciola, his son Ryan Masciola, and grandson Kaleb Masciola. Tony was a great and wonderful son, father, husband, grandfather, and friend.
He will be greatly missed. There will be a graveside service Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at 11:00am at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk. Condolences may be offered to the family on-line at www.woodlawngroup.com.
