NORFOLK - Carl Roscoe Walker, Jr., 89, of Norfolk passed away on Dec. 9, 2009 and was pre-deceased by his wife Lithuania, his Mother, Father, and four siblings. He is survived by his son, Jerry Walker; his daughter-in-law Marie Vahey; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Byron Odell and Constance Walker and Melvin and Carole Walker; a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Nicholas Rodriquez; along with many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, Dec. 14, at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23502 by Rev. Ernest Trueblood with burial to follow.
