Cortez leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted parents, William and Kimberly Rodgers, grandfather, Fred Norman; his sisters, Kenya Johnson and Roshelle Place (Tershane) all of Chesapeake. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing: Sunday, November 21, 2021, 3pm-5pm. Funeral Service: Monday, November 22, 2021, 10:30am, burial to follow.
