She filled our lives with warmth and laughter. Her daughter Stacy and four grandchildren – Savannah, Jordan, Brooklyn, and Joshua - were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them. Her beloved dogs—Ollie, Tippy, Samson, and Frisky—were faithful companions who filled her life with joy.
She spent 36 wonderful years at Geico, where she didn't just have coworkers—she had family. The friendships she built there were a true reflection of the kind of person she was: genuine, caring, and someone who made everyone around her feel valued.
She had a deep love for travel, especially to beautiful tropical beaches like Pampano FL, Hawaii, Mexico and Curacao where she could feel the sun and hear the waves. Though her health eventually made these adventures more difficult, her spirit for life never faded.
We are deeply grateful to her sister, June, for her devoted and dedicated care, and to her niece Pam and nephew Benny, whose selfless support—helping move her belongings, sell her home, and ensure she was safely settled—brought her comfort in her final chapter. Their kindness meant the world to her and to our family.
She has lived in Norfolk and Virginia Beach her whole life. She is survived by her sister June, her son Billy, her daughter in law Stacy and her grandchildren Savannah, Jordan, Brooklyn, and Joshua.
She touched so many lives with her kindness and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. We love you to the moon and back! We take comfort in knowing she is now at peace in heaven.
