Evelyn Mable Kinsey

Evelyn Mable Kinsey, 78, wife of the late Franklin D. Kinsey and a resident of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014 at her daughter’s residence in Virginia Beach. A native of Blue Field, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Colonel Weisley Mills and the late Nettie Ankers Mills. She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Lincoln and her husband Wayne of Virginia Beach, Va; four sons, Frank D. Kinsey Jr and his wife Lena of Virginia Beach, Howard W. Kinsey of Texas, David L. Kinsey and his wife Diane of Virginia Beach, Troy L. Kinsey and his wife Penny of Texas; two sisters, Juanita Massengill and her husband Gerald of Petersburg, Va., Libby Blanchard of Chesapeake, Va.; a brother, Howard Mills of Chesapeake; grandchildren, Jennifer Ciburk, Justin Kinsey, LJ Kinsey, Wayne Lincoln III; two great grandchildren, Bryson Lincoln and Owen Lincoln. She was predeceased by her husband Franklin D Kinsey, her son, Lionel Ray Kinsey and a grandson, Eric M. Lincoln. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Her ashes will be taken home to Bluefield, West Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
