Virginia Beach-- Frank Elliot Perez, age 31, was called home to Heaven on May 21, 2008 in Virginia Beach Virginia. Frankie was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 20, 1976, the son of Maria Santiago Perez and Pedro Perez. Left to cherish Frankie's memory are his parents, his stepfather Benny Martinez, His sister Monise Brabham and her husband Cee, his brother Peter Perez and his wife Nancy, sister Helene Ritter and her husband Charles, sister Earlisha Webb. A close cousin Danny Santiago, and a close family friend Melissa McCollum. Also surviving Frankie are his nieces and nephews Kameek, Naquis, Matthew, Mia, Kayla, Aaris, Kiara, Cierra, and Xavier. Also left behind are his beloved dogs: Mercedes, Duke, Jade, Tone, Jazz, Ghostface, Caddilac, and Glock. and a host of other family and friends.

Frankie was a member of the 40 Degrees Riders, he loved his pitbulls and the outdoors and his remote control vehicles. He loved fishing, but most of all he loved his peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. A Celebration of Frankie's Life will be held on Sunday May 25, 2008 at 3:00 PM in the chapel at Woodlawn Funeral Home and Crematory 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday May 24, 2008 from 6-8:00 PM. Interment will take place in Georgia at a time convenient for the family.
