Fredrick W. Ellis passed away on Saturday January 24, 2009. Mr Ellis retired after serving 20 years in the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his wife of 35 years Elizabeth Ellis. Survived by his loving son Terry W. Ellis of Littleton, North Carolina. His two sisters Dorthie Pearline Ward of Clarenden, Ark, and Nancy Nellie Ward of Leslie, Ark. He is also survived by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Services in honor of Mr. Fedrick W. Ellis will be held on Wednesday January 28, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia 23502 .
