Gary Lee Zeno

Gary Zeno, 65, of Virginia Beach, VA passed peacefully Thursday, January 26th, 2023 at home with his loving wife, Carol Kleemier-Zeno, and their two "kid pitties" Beam and Brandy and Bishop the “kid kitty”.

Gary was well-known in the automotive industry and had lifelong dreams of spending his golden years cruising around in his 66' Nova, though his time here on Earth was short-sighted to be able to see the Nova driven again, those who cherished his friendship will carry on the Nova restoration in his honor.

Gary was a brother to Rick Zeno in West Palm Beach, Fl. A father to Molly Zeno in Auburn CA, and Stepfather to Michael Hart in Suffolk, VA, and self-acclaimed father to Megan Hart-Call in South Carolina. He was also a grandfather to Scotty and Sawyer Lemma, grandchildren from Molly Zeno and Partner, Bobby Lemma, and Noah and Corbin Hart, grandchildren by Michael Hart. It is also important to mention his special relationship with his nephew Daniel Zeno (known as his “son”) and his wife Alyssa along with their children Vincent, Cooper and Grady Zeno. Gary was also an uncle to Lauren Lally and her two daughters Brooke and Madison.

As a man who loved to take it easy and bask in the company of friends and family as he would host bbq’s with NASCAR on the screen, he was known for his humor, and his ability to stay positive through all life's experiences. Camping, the races and offshore fishing were passions for Gary and Carol to spend quality time together.

Gary was a wonderful son to his parents Bill and Pat, looking after them in the last few years of their life.

He will forever be remembered and loved as we say "Bi-cycle" in hopes that he is fishing above (and catching) and hanging with his buddy Dean McBride in the company of his beloved parents.
