Norfolk- Gladys E. Presley, 85, passed away July 18, 2012. She worked at Montgomery Ward's phone center and was a member of Azalea Garden Church of God for many years. Gladys was also a member of the Young at Heart Club.
She is predeceased by her parents Benjamin H. and Sarah E. Smith and her husband Charles "Buddy" William Presley. She is survived by her sons Charles O. Presley (Tonia) and Benjamin R. Presley; daughters Alma Kesling (Billy) and Sarah D. Fink (Dan); brother Benjamin O. Smith (Connie); sister Amanda McLemore; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Sunday, July 22, from 2pm to 4pm in Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. Norfolk. A service will take place Monday, July 23, at 10am in Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Condolences may be offered to the family online at www.woodlawngroup.com.
