Norfolk - Jack Neal Reynolds, 87, passed away September 9, 2012. He was born on Sept. 15, 1924 in Eutew, AL to the late Joseph and Leila Reynolds. Jack proudly served his country in the United States Navy, serving in WWII and and the Korean Conflict. While in the Navy he served on UDT teams 2 and 21. After retiring from the Navy, Jack began a career with North Ship Co., where he retired after 15 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Sarah Alice Christian; step-daughter, Elaine Rudolph; grandchildren, Christina and Jonathan Rudolph; and many nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 at Smith & Williams Funeral Home Norfolk Chapel with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. You may pay condolences to the family at www.smithandwilliamsnorfolk.com.
