I first met ryan in 2013 on my first day of school in Virginia from colorado. He made me laugh and made sure I felt welcome and accepted instantly. I’m extremely grateful our friendship grew through out the years and I was able to spend the time I did with him . He always knew how to make me laugh and show my true self. Truly, Rest In Peace Ry. 

I first met Ryan in 2015 when I was 16 and he was 17. He was such a positive person. He knew how to make people feel special and he was a rare soul on this earth. It breaks my heart that he was taken so soon. May he rest well ❤️

I love you always. I’m sorry I don’t have the words right now but I will come back and write.

The first time we met I was only twelve years old, in the Howerin’s back yard. I had no idea we would grow to be friends. All the days spent on the beach and at seashore, the nights spent with friends. You became a good friend of mine for many years. You’ll live on through all of us, guy. 

There really isn’t one word you could use to describe Ryan because he was definitely a unique soul. Almost too good for this world. Ryan walked in the room and lit it up; making everyone smile and laugh as much as he could. Ryan could sit and listen to anyone talk for hours, so kind and sweet and caring. I wish I had enough photos to sum up the times we had together but I guess we were just too focused on living in the moment together. Ryan thank you for giving me the best memories before I had my son and even after my son was here, and thanks for being so sweet and kind to Cyrus and I always. You always made sure we weren’t without. We love you endlessly, rest now.

I met Ryan when I was going thru a lot in school. I didn’t have a lot of friends that really cared for me. Him and his friends really helped me through a dark path in my life and I thank him for that. I hope he knows how much I cared for him. I thought of him as a real close friend. We looked out for each other when we could and I couldn’t ask for anything else. Thank you Ryan I love you man. Rest easy up there my guy. 

One of the times me and Ryan really bonded. He never really cared who you were or what people thought of you. He was a real genuine person who always put everyone’s feelings before his own. Always making his friends laugh. 

We met in Independence Middle School maybe 8 years ago. I always envied your confidence, charisma and carefree approach to life. You WILL live on vicariously through everyone you influenced and came into contact with.

I’m so sorry for your loss.  Ryan wasn’t just the average young man. Ryan had always been a leader from the day I met him as a child when we were neighbors.  I always praised him to his mom. He always exemplified  leadership,   determination, kindness & courage.  Ryan will be truly missed by many. My prayer go out to Claire and his family who loved him dearly.

I am a man that found his way to Virginia from Texas. I was blessed to have a group of friends that treated me like family when I first got there. Ryan, Austin, Isaiah, ect. We were young boys that felt as nothing in the world would touch us. Ryan was lion hearted and brave. He wouldn't let any challenge bring him down. I miss my brother and I miss his laugh. I miss the days of happiness and not a single care. I know that the lord is taking care of you and I can hear your laugh letting me know everything is okay. 
From my heart to my family in Virignia, and to Ryan family, I am deeply sorry for our loss and I send my prayers and love.
