Mrs. Bouchard was born in Selma, North Carolina and was a loyal employee for Baylor Corp., for fifty-nine years. She was a member of Goodwill Baptist Church in Selma, NC and enjoyed gardening, nature, living on the water, cooking and Europe.
Mrs. Bouchard was preceded in death by her husband, Sgt. Robert Joseph Bouchard, NPD, who was killed in the line of duty in 1971; a daughter Lynne Arnold and husband Larry Arnold;a sister Hazel Johnson and her two loyal pets, Rachel and Sadie.
Survivors include her daughter Sharon Leigh Bouchard and fiancé Keith Jordan, a granddaughter, Amie Arnold; a sister Ruby Taylor of Selma, NC and her loving companion Paul Bohn and extended family in NC.
Graveside services will be private at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Portsmouth Humane Society.
