Thomas William Schroeder, Jr., 66, passed away on October 21, 2024. He was born in Alabama to Mary E. Showalter Sickfus and Thomas William Schroeder, Sr. Thomas proudly served his country in the United States Navy where he served on the USS Arleigh Burke (DDG-51) and later as a Career Counselor. He loved riding motorcycles, fishing and watching the Buffalo Bills. Thomas was a great person and he loved spending time with his two grand-daughters, that called him “Papa”.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 47 years, Mary E. Schroeder; sons, Jason and Matthew (Amber); grand-daughters, Kayleigh and Jaelynn; brothers, Paul Schroeder (Janet) and James Schroeder (Michelle); sister, Diana Sickfus (Rod); step-sisters, Randy and Renee (Carl); and a host of other family members.
The family invites you to celebrate Thomas’ life with them at a graveside service on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Albert G.
