Vincent "Vic" Cobangbang Sinues

Vincent “Vic” Cobangbang Sinues, 84, of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 27, 2022. Vincent is predeceased by his parents, Ciriaco and Crispina Sinues and his brothers, Bernardo, Aurelio, and Cipriano Sinues. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 57 years, Elena Sinues; son, John Sinues (Antoinette); grandchildren, Amanda and Brandon Sinues; sisters, Natalia Soriano, Clarita Olivas, and Julita Lazaro; brother, Norberto Sinues; aunt, Mercedes Martinez (Godofredo); cousins, Edmer Martinez (Southida) and Edmundo Martinez (Judith) and second cousins, Elizabeth and Zachary Martinez. Vic was born in the Philippines in 1938. He served 21 years in the United States Navy. His favorite pastimes included working in his garden, visiting casinos, and enjoying food with family and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, from 5-7 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home at 6329 E. VA Beach Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23502. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Pius X on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 11 AM at 7800 Halprin Dr., Norfolk, VA 23518 with burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
