William David Draper, Sr., 75, passed away April 5, 2018. He was born in Indianapolis, IN to the late Guy Vander and Leona Draper. He was an avid golfer and bowler. Bill served his country proudly for 30 years in the United States Navy, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. He then went on to retire from the United States Postal Service with 16 years of service.
Left to cherish Bill’s memory is his loving wife of 52 years, Betty, son: William Draper, Jr, two daughters: Danielle Hockaday (David) and Monica Watkins (Harrell), four grandchildren: Natalie, Nicholas, Justin and Jeremy, two sisters: Elaine and Freda and one brother: Ralph.
