Barbara Ann Brooke, 68, of Norman, OK, passed away April 28, 2011. She was born on December 5, 1942 in Highland Park, MI. She is preceded in death by her father, John A. ("Jack") Holt; and her husband and the love of her life, Robert J. ("Bob") Brooke. She is survived by her mother, Beatrice I. Holt; her daughter, Gina Franklin; her sister, Nancy Holmes; her nieces, Shannon Sullivan and Shayna Givens; her nephew, Davin Burbee; and five great-nieces and great-nephews.
Barbara retired from AT&T after 30 years of service. She lived in northern California for 34 years before moving to Oklahoma in 1999. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed by her friends and family. A Memorial Service will be 2:00pm Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Primrose Funeral Service in Norman, OK.
