Dana was born to Donna and Jesse Thurmond in Riverside, CA. She is survived by her husband Stephen Jensen, her mother Donna Thurmond, her brother Drake Thurmond and his wife Paula, her daughter Savannah, her son Gus and his wife Carolyn. She was a loving daughter, wife, and mother. Dana was over the moon looking forward to holding her first grandchild next year.
Dana was a proud and grateful member of the military family who loved the United States of America. Her grandfather, father, husband, and son served or are serving in the US Air Force. She proudly displayed the American flag whenever she could. She was a nurse who helped countless patients, caring for people with tenderness and compassion.
Dana saw beauty in God’s creation. It was easy for her to see His glory looking out her back window, enjoying the beautiful
flora, and the birds, fish, and deer. She had many pets that she adored and they adored her back. She had many friends, lifelong and new, with whom she shared her love and thoughts with. She was very much loved and will be missed by all.
