Her spirit is honored by her three children, Desten Tyner, Ben Tyner, and Amanda (Tyner) Gibbons; and her grandchildren Jack, Erin, and Amelia. Frances never needed blood to be family, and her spirit will also be honored by Jackie L. Miller, Kylie D. Hutchens, and Margaret D. Hutchens.
Those close to Frances will know that she made the good times great, and the bad times not so bad.
A memorial visitation for Suzie will be held Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Primrose Funeral Service, 1109 North Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071.
