Dick attended the University of Oklahoma and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He married Frances Watkins on November 1, 1969.
Dick was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind his wife, Frances Tyner; three children Desten, Benjamen, and Amanda; brother Gene Tyner, Jr.; sisters Becky Eggelston and Cindy Mullins; three grandchildren Jack, Erin, and Amelia.
Family and Friends are gathering 3:00p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014 at the Primrose Event Center to celebrate Dick’s life.
