Marcos lived a life full of curiosity, laughter, and love. A true lover of music, he found joy and peace in listening to the Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic, Umphrey’s McGee, and Phish. Whether he was on the course playing disc golf, at the lanes bowling with friends, fishing on a quiet afternoon, or attending concerts, Marcos lived each moment with passion and gratitude. He was also deeply interested in stocks and astronomy, his inquisitive mind always searching for meaning and connection in the stars and in the world around him.
A devoted fan of the University of Oklahoma, Marcos enjoyed cheering on his team and sharing that excitement with friends and family. He had a deep appreciation for animals, good food, travel, and the beauty of time spent with loved ones. Above all, he had an extraordinary gift for showing love. Those who knew him will remember his kind nature, generous spirit, and the immeasurable size of his heart. He taught everyone he met the meaning of compassion, sincerity, and joy.
