Becky was born October 6, 1951 in Ada, OK to Hagen Eugene and Sarah JoAnn (Lewis) Owens. On March 21, 1972 she married Frank Galindo.
She worked for many years as a registered nurse in doctor’s offices and truly devoted herself to always serving others. She loved to travel especially to Branson in the summer and Las Vegas for Christmas. She was an avid sports fan and always cheered for her Sooners and if they were doing poorly everyone knew it. Above all she loved her family and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years: Frank Galindo; children: Tony Galindo and Kimberlea (Brian) Edwards of Norman, Krystal Opat; grandchildren: Tawnie Opat, Bryce Edwards, Brinleigh Edwards; siblings: Deborah Owens, Brent Owens, Keith Owens, Kimbo Owens, Booty Owens; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son: Brian Galindo

Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday April 23, 2017 at Primrose Funeral Service, Norman it will continue on Monday April 24 from 8-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday April 25, 2017 at Primrose Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, Norman. The Rev. Harry Smith will officiate.
