Rhonda “Louise” Reeves Webb, of Norman, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born on March 13, 1956, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Thomas Gordon Reeves and Iva Imogene Coats Reeves.
On December 27, 1979, Louise married the love of her life, John Paul Webb. Together they built a beautiful life centered around love, laughter, and family. John survives her and will forever cherish the many wonderful years they shared.
Louise graduated as Bulldog Queen from Lexington High School in Lexington, Oklahoma, in 1975. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in May of 1996. She faithfully dedicated seven years to teaching in the private sector before transitioning into office administration in healthcare, where she continued to serve others with care and diligence.
A lifelong lover of music, Louise especially adored disco but enjoyed any song with a good beat that she could dance to. She had a joyful and vibrant personality that showed in her love for strawberries — collecting them, wearing them, and, of course, eating them. She also cherished angels and crosses and had a fondness for fringe and tie-dye that perfectly reflected her free spirit.
Louise loved thrift store shopping and had a true gift for finding hidden treasures and the best bargains. More than anything, she loved her family. Her children and grandchildren were her entire world. She lived vicariously through their accomplishments and never missed an opportunity to brag about them to anyone who would listen. Her legacy lives on through them, and the love she poured into each of their lives.
From Louise, her family learned how to love authentically, how to work hard, and how to support one another through every season of life. The very best parts of who they are came from her.
She was a devoted member of Forest Hill Christian Church from 1989 until 2011.
Louise is survived by her loving husband, John Paul Webb; her children, Traci Webb of Moore, Oklahoma; Kimberly Pittman and husband Bruce Pittman of Purcell, Oklahoma; Tyler Webb and wife Adelaide Webb of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Kayla Webb of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Jordan Webb of Norman, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Lizzie Gross, Lilly Pittman, Declan Pittman, and Emily Pittman, who brought immense joy to her life.
She is further survived by her sister, LaJuana Messinger of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, along with countless extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Imogene Coats Reeves; her father, Thomas Gordon Reeves; her oldest brother, Rodney Dale Reeves; her oldest sister, Karen Funk; her youngest brother, Rusty Don Reeves; and many cherished aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Louise will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her unwavering devotion to her family, and the authentic love she gave so freely. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, laughter, and deep, unconditional love that will continue for generations.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Primrose Funeral Service, located at 3901 N Flood Ave., Norman, OK 73069, on March 21, 2026, starting at 10:00 am.
