Richard married the love of his life Elayne on November 18, 1978 and they spent many loving years together until her passing in October of 2016. Richard proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Inurnment will take place at a later date at the National Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona.
